Praia do Resende begins the series of most preserved urban beaches in Itacaré. Although it is located just 1.5 km from Praia da Coroa, Praia do Resende has a much calmer climate and, depending on the movement in Itacaré, even looks like a deserted beach. On the beach, there are just a few small kiosks that offer simple meals and cold beer to tourists who arrive there. A delight for those who do not like beaches full of buildings and restaurants. The scenery is well preserved and the feeling is of being in a much more isolated place.

The sea at Praia do Resende, as at other beaches in Itacaré, varies according to the tide. There are moments of calm and others of good waves for surfing. With a short strip of sand and surrounded by coconut trees, Praia do Resende has an intimate atmosphere and is a good choice to spend a very peaceful day. At low tide, you can enjoy the formation of natural pools in the right corner and also look for some more isolated spots among the rocks to pretend that the beach is all yours. Praia do Resende is the first on the Caminho das Praias, which also leads to Praia Da Tiririca, Praia do Costa and Praia da Ribeira, considered the four best among the urban beaches of Itacaré.
